Your deposit could not be credited for one of the following reasons:

Name mismatch: The name on your player account does not match the name on your PayPal account. For security reasons, we only accept payments from accounts registered to the same name.

PayPal account already used: The PayPal account has already been linked to another player account. Each PayPal account can only be registered once on our platform.
In both cases, the amount will still be deducted from your PayPal account. Please contact our support team to either provide proof of the deposit or request a refund.
