For legal reasons, we must ensure that the payment account holder is also the holder of the player account at NOVOLINE. If a difference is detected during the automatic name check, we will only credit the debited amount to your player account after a manual check. If you have actually made a deposit from a third-party payment account, the payment will be refunded after a manual check.
When making a deposit by credit card for the first time, we will request proof (photo of the credit card) for the card used. This only needs to be done once for each credit card used. After successful verification of the proof, the payment will be released and the funds credited to your player account.
For deposits via PayPal, where the name stored in the PayPal account differs from the name stored in the player account, verification is also required and proof (e.g. ID card) may also be requested.
