Registering with NOVOLINE is divided into a few simple steps.
1. In the first step we need some basic account information.
- First and last name
If you have more than one name, please enter all names - as they appear on your ID card - Birth name (if different)
If you had a different maiden name, please let us know as well - Date of birth
You must be at least 18 years old to take advantage of the offer - e-mail address
Your future login name - your password
The following criteria apply: 10-30 characters, at least one number, at least one special character & at least one capital letter
2. In the second step we need your contact details
- Street & house number
- Zip code & city
- Your telephone number
- Place of birth
- your gender
- Nationality
- Security question and answer
This helps our support team to confirm your identity when you get in touch with them.
3. Now we need information about your monthly deposit limit.
- If you already have a cross-provider limit (LUGAS), this can be applied (you can find more information about the LUGAS limit here)
- If you don't have one yet or would like to adjust it, you can set a value
4. Finally, your details need to be verified. There are currently three different procedures available for this, which you can read more about here.
