Why has my VISA or Mastercard deposit not been credited to my player account?

For legal reasons, we must verify the card used by means of proof (photo of the credit card) when making deposits by credit card. This only needs to be done once for each credit card used. Once the proof has been successfully verified, the payment will be released and the funds credited to your player account.
